About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive, sort and organize different types of ferrous metals
- Cover the scale and weigh in trucks using the RECY system
- Perform general maintenance of the premises
- Ensure equipment is in good condition
- Provide excellent customer service to on-site clients
- Operate forklifts as required
- Maintain a safety-oriented mindset
Requirements
- Good computer skills
- Experience operating a crane
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Good physical fitness
- Ability to work as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in metal recycling

- Starting pay of CAD 25.75 per hour plus overtime after 44 hours
