General Labourer

Responsibilities

• Support the production of high-quality heat shrink sleeves by assisting in the operation of extrusion, expansion, and coating machinery
• Perform cutting and packaging tasks, including trimming sleeves to specified lengths and labeling finished products
• Conduct visual quality control inspections to identify defects, ensure correct dimensions, and verify proper adhesive application
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by cleaning machinery and sweeping production floors according to 5S standards
• Collaborate with machine operators, quality inspectors, and warehouse staff to meet daily production targets

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work a mandatory, continuous rotating shift schedule (Days, Afternoons, and Midnights)
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and twist for 8–12 hours per shift
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong safety mindset and strict adherence to PPE protocols (steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection)
• Basic math and English reading skills for measuring, counting, and understanding production orders

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment
