General Laborer

Responsibilities

• Operate construction or power equipment including Skid Steer, High Reach, and Water Truck
• Perform general equipment maintenance such as greasing, checking oil, and refueling
• Execute grounds keeping tasks including site cleanup and silt sack replacements
• Sort through soil and rocks to remove debris from conveyors manually or via machinery
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment
• Assist crew members with soil screeners and rock crushing operations
• Use hand tools, grinders, saws, and pressure washers safely

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions and various weather types
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb, lift, and handle materials for long periods
• Flexibility to work overtime and various shifts, including weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating small and heavy equipment
• Experience working on processing or construction sites
• Safety-first mentality
