General Laborer

Responsibilities

• Perform general physical labor duties in support of mining operations
• Assist with site cleanup, shoveling, sweeping, and debris removal
• Support equipment operators and maintenance crews
• Load and unload materials, tools, and supplies
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas
• Follow all mine site safety rules, procedures, and MSHA regulations
• Identify and report unsafe conditions or equipment issues
• Use hand tools and basic equipment safely and effectively

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding work in rugged outdoor conditions
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and climb for extended periods
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather, dust, noise, and uneven terrain
• Must be able to wear required PPE at all times on site
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Flexibility to work day shift, night shift, weekends, and overtime

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous labor experience in mining, construction, industrial, or outdoor environments
• MSHA certification
