Responsibilities

• Assist in site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up equipment
• Load and unload construction materials and equipment
• Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying
• Follow all safety rules and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Support skilled tradesmen including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers
• Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a productive environment

• Possession of basic construction tools
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
