General Laborer

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain work sites by cleaning, removing debris, and organizing tools
• Load and unload tools and construction materials
• Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters and electricians
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery following safety protocols
• Perform routine site cleanup to ensure a safe work environment
• Adhere to all safety regulations and supervisor instructions

Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy materials up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and perform outdoor labor
• Reliable transportation to the job site in Los Gatos
• Ability to comply with safety regulations and wear protective gear
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or related fields
