General Labor

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and efficient production support, including hand-stacking, case packing, housekeeping, and product conveying
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) without deviation
• Set up packaging coders and validate product codes according to specifications
• Perform routine equipment adjustments using various hand tools
• Operate lift trucks safely to move materials throughout the shift
• Accurately complete production records and documentation
• Assist with equipment change-overs, clean-up, and equipment set-up
• Support internal and external audits and follow all occupational health and safety procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or one year of demonstrated work experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 50+ lbs with assistance
• Strong math skills and proficiency with computers and data entry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with changing temperatures and noise
• Flexibility to work various shifts (days, swings, nights, or weekends) in a 24/7 facility
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in food manufacturing, warehousing, or dairy production
