General Labor - Palletizing

Responsibilities

• Perform palletizing and general labor tasks to meet production targets and quality standards
• Operate according to standard operating procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace using "clean as you go" principles
• Drive the production process to ensure products meet customer specifications, quality, and food safety requirements
• Maintain effective communication with the team and ensure smooth handovers between shifts
• Adhere to all health and safety requirements to maintain a positive safety culture
• Assist with de-kitting the line and implementing quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Aptitude for automated mechanical processes with troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Strong interpersonal communication, math, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work multiple shifts and schedules
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment involving cold temperatures, high noise levels, and standing for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of related manufacturing or production experience
