General Labor

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction sites, materials, and tools
• Support skilled tradesmen with punch-list, finish work, drywall patching, texture, and painting
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Remove debris from sites and perform final cleaning of units before handover
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Perform tasks including landfill clean up, detailed interior cleaning, and traffic control/flagging

• Willingness to follow direction and meet deadlines
• High level of reliability and dependability
• Strong attention to detail
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work at multiple sites
• Ability to meet physical demands of the position
