Requirements

- Comfortable working in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment
- AI-native mindset with experience using tools like Claude Code or Cursor
- Ability to thrive in unstructured environments with high accountability
- Systems thinker capable of turning chaos into repeatable processes
- Strong ability to manage parallel priorities and attention to detail
- Based in NYC or willing to relocate for 5 days a week in-office work
