Responsibilities

• Recruit, lead, and motivate your own agency team
• Advise and support individual, professional, and corporate clients with a full range of insurance products
• Develop and grow your client portfolio within the local economic area
• Manage your own business operations and strategic development

Requirements

• Minimum of a BAC + 3 degree
• Proven and successful commercial experience
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and desire to build your own business
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills for team management and client relations
• High level of organizational skills and rigor
