About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of 15 to 20 employees
- Ensure rigorous cleanliness of rooms and common areas according to 4* standards
- Manage stocks, orders for amenities and cleaning products, and oversee service providers (laundry, etc.)
- Handle recruitment, integration, and training of seasonal teams
- Execute operational duties during peak seasons and strategic/administrative tasks during off-seasons
Requirements
- Significant experience in Housekeeping within a high-end establishment
- Natural leadership skills and exemplary rigor
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to balance field dynamism with administrative rigor
