General Helper

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and organized workstations, including lunchrooms, dining rooms, and kitchens
• Sweep and mop floors in all areas including walk-in coolers
• Stock food, beverage, and disposable supplies
• Dispose of garbage, cardboard, and recyclables
• Label, date, and rotate all products for service
• Assist in food production as required
• Receive and store supplies including food and chemicals

Requirements

• Ability to commit to a 2 week on/1 week off rotation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Valid government-issued photo ID

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale cooking (camp, banquet, or hotel settings)
• Current Food Safe certification
