General Helper

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment and follow all safety and sanitation protocols
• Clean and maintain all areas within the complex including dining rooms, kitchens, and storage areas
• Perform sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing of surfaces and high-touch areas
• Stock food, beverage, and disposable supplies
• Manage waste disposal including garbage, cardboard, and recyclables
• Execute ware washing tasks including cleaning dishes, cutlery, and pots
• Complete HACCP logs and ensure proper product labeling and rotation
• Assist in food production and receiving/storing supplies as directed

Requirements

• Ability to commit to a 3 week on/3 week off rotation
• Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol and Health Assessment
• Ability to clear a Criminal Background Check
• Valid government-issued photo ID
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive manual tasks
• Ability to stand, walk, squat, or kneel for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale kitchen settings, banquet halls, or hotels
• Current Food Safe certification
