General Help

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous customer service to shoppers and donors
• Sort, process, price, and store incoming donations according to quality standards
• Assist with retail operations including stocking shelves and maintaining store cleanliness
• Help with merchandise displays and store layout to attract customers
• Monitor store activity to assist with security and inventory control
• Perform seasonal tasks such as keeping walkways clear of snow and ice

Requirements

• Completion of Secondary School (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Ability to stand for long periods with frequent twisting, bending, and reaching
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds
• Successful completion of a background check
• Flexibility to work a varying schedule, including weekdays and Saturdays
