General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) Coordinator Lead

Responsibilities

• Coordinate budget execution and financial management activities across multiple programs and stakeholders
• Monitor commitments, obligations, expenditures, and available funding
• Analyze financial data and funding trends to identify risks and discrepancies
• Track and manage funding documents, interagency agreements, and financial transactions
• Validate financial information and reporting data for accuracy and consistency
• Prepare executive-level financial briefings, dashboards, and status reports
• Coordinate recurring weekly, monthly, and ad hoc financial reporting requirements
• Support funding reconciliations and resolve execution discrepancies
• Provide oversight and guidance to supporting financial analysts and budget personnel

Requirements

• BS degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in financial management, budget execution, or program management
• Active Secret Clearance
• Strong knowledge of government financial management principles and budgeting processes
• Proficiency with financial management systems and Microsoft Office
• Experience preparing executive briefings and dashboards for senior leadership
• Ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)
