General Foreman

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead construction crews and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency
• Manage day-to-day field activities, including tool inventory, material receiving, and work sequencing
• Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and enforce OSHA and company safety policies

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of trade experience
• OSHA 30 and First Aid certification
• Ability to travel extensively to work sites throughout the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Certified Aerial Platform and Forklift Operator
• Proficiency in reading construction drawings and plans
