General Foreman

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities across multiple work fronts for building and villa compound projects
• Lead foremen and site crews to ensure productivity and quality targets are met
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and approved method statements
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage on site
• Enforce HSE requirements and promote a strong safety culture on site
• Identify construction issues and support timely resolution in coordination with the project team
• Report daily progress and site activities to the Site Engineer and Project Manager

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in construction, specifically with buildings and villa compounds
• Proven experience supervising site works and managing labor teams
• Mandatory UAE project experience; Abu Dhabi exposure is preferred
• Strong understanding of construction practices, sequencing, and site coordination
