General Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day project accounting tasks including invoicing, project revenue recognition, and project closing requests
• Assist in overseeing financial aspects of projects and participate in month-end closing activities
• Prepare accounting journal entries and analyze financial reports such as WIP, Unbilled Receivables, Unearned Revenue, and AR Aging
• Perform Balance Sheet reconciliations related to project accounts
• Provide monthly SOX compliance requirements and ABL documentation
• Process credit notes and provide financial support to the Singapore Market Unit

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related Finance course
• 1-2 years of experience in project accounting or related financial work
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience working with large databases
• Experience using ERP systems, specifically Oracle Accounting System
• Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a Shared Services environment
• Exposure to international business operations
