General Finance Analyst II

Responsibilities

• Manage global accounting processes, including month-end and year-end activities for all international entities
• Book journal entries for various legal entities
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including prepaids, accruals, investments, APIC, and intangibles
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage day-to-day accounting for bank transactions
• Execute reconciliation of intercompany balances and month-end FX revaluation
• Identify and escalate key accounting issues or concerns from daily operations
• Support finance department initiatives, such as system implementations and process improvements

Requirements

• B.Com, M.Com, MBA, or a degree in Finance/Accounting
• 3 to 5 years of professional accounting experience
• Working knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and/or Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Proficiency in ERP systems and business software
• Experience with bank and intercompany reconciliations
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Bengaluru (2 to 3 times per week)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud
• Experience working within a matrix organization
