General Director

Responsibilities

• Define and deploy strategic orientations to renew the visitor experience and maximize public impact
• Ensure the smooth and safe operation of large-scale facilities with high visitor volume
• Mobilize multidisciplinary teams of approximately 100 people, including technical services, thematic experts, and administration
• Represent the institution to government bodies, media, institutional partners, and the public
• Lead financial planning and manage operating and capital budgets

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate in management, public administration, or a relevant technical/scientific discipline
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior management
• Proven experience managing complex teams and significant budgets
• Experience in environments managing high volumes of users (recreational tourism, public infrastructure, museums, etc.)
• Excellent mastery of French and English, both oral and written

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of the public or parapublic sector
• Proven crisis management skills
