Responsibilities

• Spearhead clinical diagnosis and patient treatment to deliver optimal dental care and an unparalleled patient experience
• Collaborate with non-clinical teams, including Talent, Finance, HR, and IT, to optimize practice operations
• Foster a patient-centric environment that prioritizes individual needs and enhances the overall visit experience

Requirements

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited university
• Active state dental license in good standing
• Clinical experience post-residency (select positions open to new graduates)
• Passionate commitment to patient care and high ethical standards

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience practicing outside of school or residency
• Interest in further training, coaching, and collaborative team environments
• Motivation for both financial success and the continuous growth of the practice
