We develop smart solutions like heat pumps, battery storage, and smart metering to make them accessible and affordable. Having secured €10 million in seed funding, we are scaling our tech roadmap to drive sustainable impact and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the legal function and its strategic development within the company
• Act as a sparring partner for the CEO, C-Level, and leadership team on all legal and business matters
• Build, develop, and scale legal structures and processes
• Manage external law firms efficiently and implement scalable legal setups using modern tools and AI solutions
• Build and eventually lead the legal team
• Manage budgets, priorities, and stakeholders across the legal department
• Advise on commercial, regulatory, and operational issues in a fast-growing environment
• Contribute to central topics such as expansion, compliance, and risk management

Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist:in) or comparable legal background
• Several years of experience as Inhouse Counsel, ideally in a dynamic startup environment
• Experience managing complex topics or projects independently
• Initial experience in building structures, processes, or teams
• Strong business understanding and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
• Motivation to build and develop an entire legal function from the ground up
