General Contractor - Home Modifications

Responsibilities

• Assess project scopes and create detailed, itemized bids based on home modification needs
• Communicate professionally with clients, caregivers, and Jukebox Health representatives
• Complete high-quality home modifications including grab bar installations, bathroom modifications, ramps, stairlifts, and widening doorways
• Ensure compliance with state and local building codes and ADA guidelines
• Maintain professionalism, reliability, and efficiency in completing projects on schedule

Requirements

• Licensed and insured
• Experience in home modifications or accessibility projects
• Ability to create clear, itemized bids and understand project costs
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and own tools/equipment
• Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality workmanship

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ADA compliance and accessibility standards
