General Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive projects from inception through completion ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to specifications
• Oversee project organization, budgeting, scheduling, and all phases of execution
• Evaluate contract, project scope, and hand-off materials for comprehensive understanding
• Requisition labor, equipment, and materials while adhering to guidelines
• Conduct pre-construction meetings with stakeholders
• Prepare progress billings and review invoices to maintain budget and timelines
• Provide cost analyses and input for potential project options

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Project Management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial full turn-key construction management
• 3 years of experience writing and issuing Owner and subcontractor contracts and change orders
• Knowledge of pre-engineered steel building structures
• Proficiency in ProCore and MS Office (Excel, Word, Project)
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Experience communicating expectations to onsite superintendents
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
