Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale construction projects exceeding $100 million in value
• Oversee all phases of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Demonstrated experience managing projects valued at $100M+
• Sector experience in healthcare, higher education, manufacturing, or hospitality
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Stable employment history with progressive responsibility
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Nashville area
