Responsibilities
- Provide overall administrative and technical direction of construction projects
- Enforce company and project policies
- Serve as the main client interface
- Ensure projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule through project engineers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related industry degree
- 5+ years of prior PM experience
- Completed OSHA 10-hour training
- Proven knowledge of scheduling techniques and software
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite and industry-related programs
- Strong understanding of construction safety
- Understanding of project insurance requirements
