General Construction Estimator

Responsibilities

• Analyze tender documentation, including technical documentation and SWZ
• Perform and verify quantity take-offs (przedmiary)
• Develop cost estimates based on project documentation
• Prepare and send requests for quotations to suppliers
• Analyze and compare incoming offers
• Conduct negotiations with bidders and suppliers

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience in a similar role within the building construction sector
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Communicative proficiency in English or German is preferred
