General Clerk III

Responsibilities

• Perform diverse administrative and clerical duties including bookkeeping, record maintenance, and expense reporting
• Maintain financial and other records both manually and electronically, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Generate charts, graphs, reporting documents, and cost analysis reports for travel variations
• Manage employee travel expense reports and travel order requests, including submittal for approvals
• Review timesheets for accuracy and direct/perform follow-up work orders
• Use subject-matter knowledge to complete complex assignments and resolve problems by interpreting guides and procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 3 years of job-related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• US Citizenship is required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a NACI(T1) Public Trust Security Clearance
• Ability to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization

• Strong planning and organizing skills
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines
