General Assistant

Responsibilities

• Triage handheld tablets and perform server-based fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
• Set up replacement devices for customer return
• Perform modular component repair of tablet/PC electronics and hardware
• Maintain accurate and detailed records using spreadsheets
• Repair and maintain various electrical components and hardware
• Handle and move equipment safely within Production and Stores departments

Requirements

• Basic understanding of software and hardware
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• IT, Electronic, or Electrical related qualifications
• Full driving license
