About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform entry-level assembly tasks including component installation, hand soldering, and wire positioning
- Operate manufacturing equipment and conveyor ovens while maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Verify part numbers and component counts against provided documentation
- Follow written and verbal work sequences and comply with ESD guidelines and regulations
- Complete and sign required production documentation using computer systems
- Report non-conformities and findings to the Group Supervisor or Assistant Group Leader
- Meet established production goals and follow all corporate safety initiatives
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in assembly or a related field
- Strong manual dexterity and good hand, eye, and foot coordination
- Proficiency using a microscope to see fine details
- Ability to distinguish colors in accordance with the ISHIRA test
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with the MS Office Suite
- Ability to understand and follow complex verbal and written instructions
