About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform assembly tasks including component installation, hand soldering, and wire positioning
- Operate manufacturing equipment and conveyor ovens while maintaining a clean work area
- Verify part numbers and complete required documentation via computer
- Follow written and verbal instructions, work sequences, and ESD guidelines
- Monitor production quality to recognize acceptable versus non-acceptable results
- Report non-conformities and findings to the Group Supervisor or Assistant Group Leader
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of experience in assembly or a related field
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Proficiency using a microscope to view fine details
- Ability to distinguish colors (ISHIRA test proficiency)
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office Suite
