About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly tasks including component installation, hand soldering, and wire positioning
  • Operate manufacturing equipment and conveyor ovens while maintaining a clean work area
  • Verify part numbers and complete required documentation via computer
  • Follow written and verbal instructions, work sequences, and ESD guidelines
  • Monitor production quality to recognize acceptable versus non-acceptable results
  • Report non-conformities and findings to the Group Supervisor or Assistant Group Leader

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in assembly or a related field
  • Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Proficiency using a microscope to view fine details
  • Ability to distinguish colors (ISHIRA test proficiency)
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office Suite
