About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly tasks including stripping/cutting tap-offs, twisting transformer wires, and dispensing adhesives
  • Operate equipment such as conveyor ovens and welding machines
  • Verify part numbers and complete required documentation via computer
  • Follow work sequences and written/verbal instructions in model documentation
  • Comply with ESD guidelines and corporate safety initiatives
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Report non-conformities to the Group Supervisor

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • 6 months of assembly or related experience
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye-foot coordination
  • Ability to see fine detail through a microscope
  • Ability to distinguish colors (ISHIRA test compliant)
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office Suite
  • Ability to understand English verbal and written instructions
