About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform assembly tasks including stripping/cutting tap-offs, twisting transformer wires, and dispensing adhesives
- Operate equipment such as conveyor ovens and welding machines
- Verify part numbers and complete required documentation via computer
- Follow work sequences and written/verbal instructions in model documentation
- Comply with ESD guidelines and corporate safety initiatives
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Report non-conformities to the Group Supervisor
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- 6 months of assembly or related experience
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye-foot coordination
- Ability to see fine detail through a microscope
- Ability to distinguish colors (ISHIRA test compliant)
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office Suite
- Ability to understand English verbal and written instructions
