About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform entry-level assembly tasks including component installation, hand soldering, wire positioning, and dispensing adhesives
- Operate manufacturing equipment such as conveyor ovens and welding machines while maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Follow written and verbal instructions, work sequences, and ESD guidelines to ensure product quality
- Verify part numbers against documentation and complete required digital records using MS Office
- Recognize and report non-conformities or production issues to the Group Supervisor or Assistant Group Leader
- Meet established production goals and comply with all corporate safety initiatives
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in assembly or a related manufacturing field
- Strong manual dexterity and good hand, eye, and foot coordination
- Ability to see fine detail through a microscope
- Ability to distinguish colors in accordance with the ISHIRA test for color blindness
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with the MS Office Suite
- Ability to understand and follow complex technical documentation
