Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and maintenance of flight training devices for the US Military
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver new or modified functionalities
• Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously to meet critical deadlines
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers
• Work effectively in both team environments and independently to resolve technical problems

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in C programming
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aircraft or flight simulation systems
• Ability to adapt communication styles to different technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment
