About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of asset management policies, SOPs, and standard workflows
- Maintain and improve a centralised asset register, ensuring accuracy and proper classification
- Coordinate asset lifecycle processes including tagging, deployment, maintenance tracking, and disposal
- Support the implementation of digital asset tracking systems and basic automation
- Conduct periodic asset verification and reconciliation exercises
- Oversee storage and inventory organisation and drive 5S practices
- Assist in developing standard templates and process documentation to streamline workflows
- Support the preparation of reports and dashboards using Excel or Power BI
- Provide basic audio-visual (AV) setup and troubleshooting for meetings and events
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Information Systems, Facilities Management, or a related discipline
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in operations, asset management, or process improvement
- Experience in SOP development, system implementation, or digital tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Excel
- Strong organisational, analytical, and coordination skills
