General Accounting

Responsibilities

• Manage receivables by retrieving daily bank transactions, preparing accounting software bookings, and reconciling bank balances.
• Handle payables by preparing weekly statements of accounts, reconciling premiums and commissions with insurers, and managing settlements.
• Oversee reinsurance processes, including reviewing documents and arranging payments to reinsurers.
• Support Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) by assisting with budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reporting.
• Prepare business analytics and financial reports to meet local and Group management requirements.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 3 years of experience working as an accountant within a foreign-invested company.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
• Fluency in both English and Vietnamese.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work hard and perform effectively under high pressure.
• High level of care and responsibility regarding assigned tasks.
