General Accounting Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial data entry in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Prepare and post journal entries and perform general ledger account reconciliations
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and provide detailed financial data for management review
• Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts and conduct financial variance analysis
• Prepare financial reports to ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations
• Develop ad-hoc reports and support special projects such as process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0-3 years of relevant experience in general accounting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate reports
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with financial software and Oracle
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or Business Administration
• Chartered Accountant designation
