General Accountant

Responsibilities

• Manage general bookkeeping for a scope of international entities
• Review accounting cycles including P2P, O2C, and CAPEX
• Perform intercompany account reconciliations and monitor subsidiary declarations
• Ensure periodic production of IFRS accounting reporting in compliance with group standards
• Oversee local accounting and tax compliance in coordination with external advisors
• Act as the primary contact for auditors to facilitate the signing off of local accounts
• Partner with internal teams (Controlling, Tax, Legal, FP&A) to streamline operations

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of international accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of Polish GAAP and general accounting principles
• Native Polish speaker with professional English proficiency (B2 minimum)
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and rigor
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to a fast-changing environment
