General Accountant

Responsibilities

• Manage production costs including raw materials, labor, and overhead to calculate product costs
• Monitor and reconcile material consumption norms against actual production
• Perform complex accounting entries and review detailed accounting records for accuracy
• Supervise inventory and fixed asset management, ensuring alignment between books and physical stock
• Coordinate with Sales to manage export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading)
• Handle foreign exchange differences and manage accounts receivable/payable
• Prepare periodic tax declarations, statistical reports, and management reports
• Systematize and archive accounting documents and books

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Accountant or Cost Accountant in manufacturing or import-export industries
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP Bravo
• Excellent Excel skills
• Knowledge of Incoterms and international export documentation
• Deep understanding of Tax Law and Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS)
• Careful, honest, and hardworking personality

• Understanding of steel industry inventory management and tolerances
• Foreign language proficiency
