GenAI Integrated Designer/Multimedia Designer

Responsibilities

• Produce social-first motion content, animation, campaign films, and retail/e-commerce assets for Unilever Beauty & Wellbeing brands
• Apply Gen AI tools including text-to-video, image-to-video, and AI-assisted compositing within established workflows
• Contribute to the development of Gen AI motion workflows, prompting frameworks, and style references
• Support the direction of AI agents for art direction, retouching, and static design
• Apply beauty aesthetics including color grading, skin texture, and light quality to all creative output
• Adapt and localize campaign creative for cultural relevance and platform optimization
• Collaborate with creative strategists, producers, and senior designers to translate briefs into motion narratives

Requirements

• Solid 2D motion design skills with growing 3D experience
• Proficiency with Gen AI design and motion tools (text-to-video, image-to-video)
• Working proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent
• Experience with AI-assisted creative workflows and human-in-the-loop judgment
• Developing sensitivity to premium beauty aesthetics (skin texture, lighting, product rendering)
• Experience delivering content within a studio, agency, or in-house environment
• Understanding of platform requirements for Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working across multi-market campaigns
• Experience building personal AI workflows to improve production efficiency
