GenAI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify emerging AI technologies and methodologies
• Design, implement, and deploy AI-powered capabilities using exploratory data analysis and model fine-tuning
• Build and optimize machine learning models including NLP, computer vision, and deep learning architectures
• Leverage LLMs, Transformer Neural Networks, Vector Stores, and RAG to solve challenges
• Integrate AI models into existing infrastructure and collaborate with software engineers for production deployment
• Monitor AI model performance and optimize for real-time scalability
• Mentor other engineers and partner with Product Management to drive AI initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in AI/ML roles
• Strong programming skills in Python or R
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Experience with Autonomous Agents, RAG, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with C#, React, or NextJS
• Relevant certifications in AI or machine learning
