GenAI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end development lifecycle of GenAI and AgenticAI solutions from prototyping to deployment
• Build intelligent systems combining time-series modeling, signal processing, and GenAI technologies
• Design and implement LLM-powered workflows including RAG pipelines, tool usage, and multi-agent orchestration
• Develop AgenticAI applications integrating sensor-based time-series data and unstructured text
• Build and maintain backend services in Python, including REST/gRPC APIs
• Monitor deployed systems for performance, drift, reliability, latency, and cost efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 2–4 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI Engineering, or GenAI development
• Hands-on experience building and deploying GenAI or AgenticAI applications in production
• Strong experience with frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LangGraph
• Experience with LLM workflows including prompting, embeddings, RAG, and tool calling
• Proficiency in Python for model development and backend services
• Experience building scalable APIs and microservices using REST and/or gRPC
• Understanding of CI/CD, distributed systems, and production system design

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a technical field
• Background in industrial systems, IoT, or manufacturing technologies
• Familiarity with time-series modeling, anomaly detection, or predictive maintenance
• Experience with streaming infrastructure like Kafka or NSQ
• Familiarity with data platforms such as Databricks, BigQuery, or Snowflake
• Experience with knowledge graphs or multimodal AI systems
