About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, building trust through proactive communication and follow-through
- Partner with clients to translate business objectives into clear creative direction and strategic messaging
- Lead brief intake by joining media and client calls to capture all necessary project inputs
- Write clear, complete creative briefs including success metrics, deliverable definitions, and scope parameters
- Use AI tools to support brief intake and optimize efficiency throughout the creative development process
- Lead adoption of GenAI-enabled workflows, ensuring brand safety and content provenance
- Manage scope and coordinate across creative, motion, design, copy, compliance, and project management teams
- Track status across multiple concurrent workstreams and identify risks early
- Guide the feedback and approval process, maintaining version control across rounds
- Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and product specifications
- Build and refine production tools such as brief templates and approval flows
Requirements
- Proven account management or client services experience in an agency or in-house studio environment
- Ability to act as a strategic partner connecting business goals to creative outputs
- Strong briefing skills with the ability to translate vague requests into actionable briefs
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills for managing multiple projects and tight deadlines
- QA mindset with attention to detail regarding specs, messaging, and versioning
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and familiarity with project management platforms like Workfront
- Proficiency with Gen AI tools relevant to account management and content production
- Experience building or contributing to AI-assisted workflows
- Ability to critically evaluate AI outputs for brand safety and compliance
