Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 18–24 month project-based action learning program
• Tackle authentic business challenges through cross-departmental practice
• Engage in leadership development and mentorship from executive coaches and technical mentors
• Gain exposure to manufacturing, product development, IP-to-market strategy, and supply chain operations

Requirements

• PhD in life science (graduating 2025 or expected 2026) with top-tier publications or patents
• OR MBA graduates with 3–7 years of pre-MBA experience in life sciences
• Expertise in protein, nucleic acid, peptide, computational biology, or AI for Science
• Strong strategic mindset and leadership potential
• Ability to thrive in a complex, global working environment
