Gen AI Tech Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of Gen AI solutions, including model selection, fine-tuning, and deployment.
• Architect and implement solutions using LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude), multimodal models, and custom pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Data Science to identify and deliver scalable use cases.
• Drive prompt engineering, model evaluation, and performance optimization.
• Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and responsible model usage.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the establishment of a Gen AI Center of Excellence.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in developing and implementing Generative AI solutions.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, diffusion models, GANs, or multimodal AI.
• Deep understanding of NLP, computer vision, and generative modeling techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps tools.
• Familiarity with vector databases, RAG pipelines, and frameworks like LangChain.
• Strong SQL skills and experience delivering AI solutions in production environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in domain-specific Gen AI applications such as healthcare, finance, or retail.
• Familiarity with agile frameworks like Kanban, Scrum, or SAFe.
