Gen AI QA - Automation Testing

Responsibilities

• Develop a Quality Assurance framework for Gen AI platforms and the entire organization
• Drive quality throughout the data product lifecycle by collaborating with product and development teams
• Create and execute test cases and automation scripts for data ingestion, validation, and reconciliation
• Perform data migration validation and ETL/DW testing
• Manage the defect management lifecycle and perform performance/load testing to validate data handling under stress
• Contribute to the development of test automation frameworks using Python and Pytest

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Data Testing role, specifically with ETL and Data Warehouse testing
• Extensive expertise in SQL for data testing and analysis
• Hands-on experience with Python and Pytest for automating data validation and mapping
• Strong understanding of the AWS ecosystem, including services like S3 and Glue
• Proven experience in data migration validation and defect management
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with engineering and business users
• B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or a related technical degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Working experience or knowledge in Generative AI technologies such as LLM and RAG
• Experience with Selenium automation testing using Python
• Familiarity with professional software engineering practices and the full SDLC
• Experience in large-scale data migration projects
