Gen AI Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) by developing AI-powered solutions for sales operations and contact center efficiency.
• Deeply understand voice and chat sales operations through research, analysis, and insights gathering.
• Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and drives measurable impact.
• Identify and size opportunities within the sales funnel and acquisition channels.
• Collaborate with Tech teams to design and build AI-powered solutions such as chatbots, voicebots, and agent assist tools.
• Research off-the-shelf AI solutions for rapid experimentation.
• Partner with Insights & BI teams to establish measurement frameworks and enable data-driven experimentation.
• Define and execute rollouts, including training sales teams to ensure seamless adoption.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management roles.
• 3+ years of experience working with Contact Centers or Sales teams.
• Proven experience creating AI products or products enhanced by AI.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven mindset.
• Deep understanding of experimentation methodologies.
• High attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience working with AI Agents.
