Gen AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions utilizing Generative AI and Agentic architectures.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Implement secure coding practices and effective unit testing to protect sensitive data and ensure software reliability.
• Lead complex technical assignments, mentor junior developers, and contribute to a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Stay informed of industry trends in AI/ML to foster technical excellence and drive innovation within the organization.
• Manage risk and strengthen controls related to software development and deployment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python with experience in GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or Langfuse.
• Hands-on experience with the AWS ML ecosystem, including Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, and API Gateway.
• Deep understanding of AI Agents, Agentic architecture, LLMs, NLP, and Conversational AI.
• Expertise in prompt engineering and prompt management to optimize LLM outcomes.
• Experience with database technologies including SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases (e.g., DynamoDB, PGVector, ChromaDB, or FAISS).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional experience working within financial services or technology firms.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and large-scale AI/ML systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to lead mid-size technical teams.
