Gen AI Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end GenAI solutions, including microservices and scalable AI pipelines.
• Develop and maintain microservice architectures and API management solutions using REST and gRPC.
• Design robust, enterprise-grade data pipelines to support state-of-the-art AI/ML models.
• Build scalable LLM inference architectures using GPU memory optimization and model quantization.
• Engage in advanced prompt engineering, fine-tuning of LLMs, and development of RAG systems.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration using Kubernetes and service mesh.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
• Research and implement cutting-edge optimization techniques like knowledge distillation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science or related field preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in Data Science and end-to-end GenAI architecture solution design.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Extensive experience with LLM frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers and LangChain.
• Expertise in microservices, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and MLOps.
• Strong experience with vector databases (e.g., Qdrant, ChromaDB) and RAG systems.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Deep understanding of machine learning lifecycles, including fine-tuning and evaluation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Science or a PhD.
• Experience with big data processing using Spark.
• Familiarity with Go or Rust.
• Knowledge of specialized AI serving platforms like vLLM or FastAPI.
